ATEC focus is to develop a wide range of post-secondary and trades training opportunities to address the skills needed for the Nisichawayasihk Cree Nation and other First Nations in Canada.
NNCEA sponsors NCN students to attend Post-Secondary Education. Our students are typically provided with tuition, tools, and a student allowance along with other supports. NNCEA has two Post-Secondary Counsellors who service approximately 100 students funded under NNCEA. Our program has a committee who oversees the general administration and policies of this program as well.
The Indigenous Skills and Employment Training (ISET) Program is designed to help Indigenous people improve their skills and find employment.
