Description:	The Home/School Coordinator in general terms acts as a liaison between the school and community.
Job Requirements:	• Interprets students problems to school officials as needed; • Reviews monthly with the Principal work undertaken and progress achieved; • Attends school staff or other meetings as required by the Director of Education and/or Principal; • Makes home visits with school counselors and Resource Teachers as needed; • Provides transportation between school and home for individual students sent home for various reasons (eg. Illness); • Disseminates information between school and home such as letters, pamphlets, etc.; • Visits homes to obtain signatures on consent forms for administration, Resource Teachers, etc.; • Participation in student supervision as assigned by the Administration; • Perform other duties as assigned by the Director and/or Principal.
